IB Students can apply for Scholarship to attend NYC CASTRIPS 2025 July 5th - July 10th

What is required:

  • Student has completed Junior year of the IB Diploma
  • Student has a “C” or higher in all IB classes
  • Student is up to date on all TOK requirements   :   TOK Teacher must approve
  • Student is up to date on all CAS hours   :   CAS Coordinator must approve
  • Student is in good standing with IB Diploma program  :   IB Coordinator must approve
  • Student is on track to complete EE   : EE Supervisor approval required
  • Student Video: 120 seconds max
    • Students will answer the following questions: 
    • 1. “Why do I desire to go to the Global Student Conference and what do I hope to gain from attending the conference?”
    • 2. Why do you want to learn about the topic : "global citizenship, environmental action, affordable housing and community engagement"
    • 3. How would learning about "global citizenship, environmental action, affordable housing and community engagement" help you change your community?

 

The NYC CASTRPS Scholarship includes:

  1. Roundtrip Airfare to New York City
  2. Food and lodging for entire week 

Note: There are enough Scholarships available to award everyone who qualifies
