my name is Jasmine Rodriguez I'm your XL for the year 20 20 21 and I want you to know who I am person and the effort it took or well what it took to become XO Four this year how do you become a oh you need to be consistent with your participation and being involved in the program but you also need to take a leadership position them freshman year I did not participate as much as I wanted to but I think you drove me show competitions what else sports events by freshman year my freshman year was the most active I was ever threw out my for years but hopefully will be more active this year now my sophomore year I was an assistant for Supply what that meant was I need to make sure to Ben was clean fixing Sunday to be fix organize things that need to be organized clean things or the rooms when you needed to be clean my junior year I became the supply officer that meant I managed to get it under my department and that could be seen as signing tax free this could be vacuuming on Thursdays this could be organized in the shirts counting the shirts fixing to pants or putting things away or updating sadness why did you even join this program and some of you are probably wondering this to yourself to why am I here this could be either you wanted it you can't sleep with you here or you parked it Elsa third choice my mom thought it was great idea since my brother was a senior when I was a freshman one answered it would be great to see both her kids in uniform I don't want to be in uniform I thought was too much of a hassle I don't want to do it it's not going towards my goal of going to college I don't see the point until I want to take Spanish fly back home I got my schedule convince me there's a great idea to Joy and so she told me I just want to see you and uniform one time can get out of it at one time it came three years and you're probably wondering why did I Joy why did I Stay I stayed because it was fun I started getting Alden competitions drill staying after school with socket started talking to other people and I stayed because I liked it I like how it wasn't like my other class I liked how free right it was some ways I liked that the instructors class teachers out there I like how relatable they were and how family they try to be with us and like other teachers I liked it because it got me out of my shell I was a very shy kid just I'm just telling you now I wish I to the point I would not speak to anyone and I talking to you guys which is very much more awkward and more comfy consuming it is now and you're probably wondering or not which is completely fine what you trying to say to you what I'm trying to say to you is that I want to book connections with you guys even if I may never see you guys ever I'm probably going to stop you and ask you what your name is hopefully you're ready I want a real connection with you guys I want you guys to go connection with your fellow peers with the team leaders with your fellow Cadets what I'm trying to say as I can be without any fast is that I want you guys to work today participate in activities participate in events if restriction and work out the mission to have event it could be community service or if a little gal what I want from this year and from you guys it could be a connection and that is the most difficult thing you will ever have to do is build a connection with someone and have it and have it fastest long long time that is the most difficult thing that you were most likely have its beginning golf participate and build connections if hopefully we do have hopefully in the future I want to see I want to see you even if I may not know who you are I want to see you why cuz I want to get to know who this amazing person is who this person that's going to change your programming teacher or not even in our program or maybe in a different program if you decide not to stay I want to get to know this person I want to get to know you and how and who you are as a person and how much change the program this is your Exo for the your 2020-21 and I'm leaving this message of hopefully meeting you guys and getting involved in the
