everyone my name is espanol I am the commanding officer for the year 2019-2020 of Mustang battalion little bit about myself I've been an artist tee off for years in high school it was one of the best decisions I have made I didn't know what to expect coming into the program honestly I was scared I was really scared about like it be too strict or me being scared of things I don't but it was honestly one of the best decisions I have made and it still is I have learned so much and I have I had so many good great experience with everyone you just invite solve always had a place to go I wish I could go talk to you chief of War were always there for me as I went through through the years how to add my freshman year my freshman year like I said I was scared but as I got comfortable with things and as I started to learn I talked to my PC time I asked him if he can like teach me more and he took me under his being answers do to me to staff staff is something where I found out how much of an impact you can make on the program and on some some of the people's life I start my freshman year in the drill Department my coming myself come in my sophomore year I want to learn new and different department so I applied to operations Apartments my sophomore are sophomore year and I was accepted I was really happy that I was within a span of two I wasn't charge of the whole department due to some circumstances that had happened to where they just said okay you're in charge let us know if you need help I was scared I really was I didn't know what to expect I had never been in charge of a group of people to where we have had to execute turn task or missions honestly it was where I really started falling in love with the program it's where I really started feeling comfortable getting that leadership experience I also got the help of my higher-ups they came to me and they're like okay I know you're new to this so if you have any question please come to us let us know and we'll help you that was a really good here at the end of my sophomore year when we did change your command I found out I was going to be the command or the command master chief or the following year or CMC in theater or sing sing sing sing just abbreviated with the TMC and that was a lot of learning and mistakes that we learned not. That was a rough year but we got through it we were able to to go through the whole year and then come in my senior year I became the commanding officer and boy was I scared I was scared I really thought I was going to that's it up somehow but luckily with the help of my team and my staff which I am very grateful for we were able to execute our missions task handed to us now I want to say thank you tub staff members for sticking with us till the end I'm sad we weren't able to say our goodbyes in person due to everything that happened it  but it is what it is I'm also want to thank my top four thank you guys for always being there and for always having it was great working with all of you and a big things to Ramona or to Marissa Ramona Torres she like using her full name thank you I could have not asked for a better I know we didn't always see eye-to-eye but we were always able to accomplish our task you have honesty in my right hand the whole I could I really don't know what I would have done without you I also want to thank chief warrant warrant I am glad or I'm going to miss the lectures that you would give me during . Like our talks and all that really going to miss that in and chief I am going to miss her lectures your lecture that you would give out throughout the whole. Those were or are really good pictures I'll be starting something new for me and now as my last official Duty I hereby reinstate Andrew Peabody to Chief now for the moment you've been waiting for your 2020-2021 top for your new Master of Arms Cynthia Hardy your new Command Master Chief Spencer weisshaar your new executive officer Jasmine Rodriguez and now for the new commanding officer the moment we all been waiting for Paola Barrera congratulation guys you guys really deserve it you guys have worked to be where you guys are right now please feel free to message me I am here I know we weren't able to give you that person training but I am here for any questions that you guys may have please feel free to text me that is all I got for now signing off safe and be careful Everyone by
