Principal's Message

Dear West Valley High School Students and Families,

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! We look forward to partnering with each of you to ensure that every WVHS student has a positive and academically successful year.  We recognize that in order to make this possible, our students need support from both the home and the school.  We know that through strong partnerships, we will make a great difference in the lives of our students and our community.  As partners, we collectively share the responsibility for each student's success and we want you to know that we will do our best to carry out our part daily to ensure that our students are embraced, empowered, and educated in an academically rigorous schoolhouse.

At West Valley High School we have MustangPRIDE.  We expect all students to meet the school expectations of: Professional-Respect-Involved-Disciplined-Excellent. We will work to grow each student to meet these expectations in the classroom, on campus, and within our community.  

I encourage each of you to be extremely involved in our school this coming year.  Please join us for school events, sporting games, by attending parent events, and by regularly checking student progress through our Aeries Parent Portal.

I am truly honored to continue to be a member of the Mustang family and have the privilege to serve the students, staff, and community of West Valley High School as principal. It is my hope that our students will cherish the memories they make during their time as a Mustang and ultimately find their purpose.
